“Associates for Learning, Inc.” began as a sole proprietorship, “Associates for Learning,” founded in 2002 by Marilyn E. White Ph.D., a longtime educator. In its inception, A4L’s (Associates for Learning) primary focus was educational services to enhance student learning capabilities and improve measured academic performance. The company today is a for profit, incorporated entity with four partners.

The firm’s core business is founded on the precept that human capital or resources is the foundation of all human endeavors, all business ,whether undertaken by private or public entities, sole proprietorships, small firms, big firms, or conglomerates. The “lowest common denominator: in every enterprise or venture is the individual including that individual’s health and well being.
